EXPERIENCE
THE FUTURE
During my time at The Brains GmbH I have learned a lot and have gained very valuable experience. However, I have come to realize that the opportunities and resources in a small enterprise are limited. As a highly motivated individual, I am constantly seeking to push boundaries and broaden my horizons: I know I have more to offer.
For this reason, despite the success of The Brains, I have decided to take on the next challenge as a professional in an employee position instead. I am excited to use my current knowledge and experience in a larger company.
I value my interpersonal relationships and a strong corporate culture in my work environment. I appreciate natural, respectful interactions between employees and supervisors. Trust, respect, fairness, and credibility are in my opinion the key components to a successful organization, a great working environment and a rewarding work experience for employees.
MY TIME AS AN ENTREPRENEUR
I decided to start my own business in March 2011 with great motivation, a positive mindset and relentless determination. I learned new things daily. Wherever I had a lack of knowledge, I would search for it and teach myself. Some of the most important skills I gained during this time were, the ability to set priotities, to multitask, to work under pressure and to come up with creative solutions to problems. My priorities during this time were to provide the highest standard of customer service, always maintain a high standard of work and quality of thinking and to achieve the greatest return on investment possible. I made myself constantly available and was able to provide solutions to every situation in short spaces of time. Doing this while maintaining simultaneous focus on quality were in my opinion the main contributors to success .
HISTORY
Before starting The Brains and my path as an entrepreneur, I developed my passion and knowledge of Human Resource Management through my position at Poolside. I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge, prove my skills and achieve my new goals. I have learned that in HR thinking out of the box is a must, it is the norm. Setting priorities and creating win-win situations is central, plus, making the right decisions to achieve customer/candidate satisfaction is an extremely rewarding process.
