My objective while working for a company is to achieve the most effective and efficient solutions to any problem. I am therefore prepared to play my part in any way necessary to ensure that this is possible. I am always ready to assume a leadership role, to take the initiative to implement ideas and to use my strengths to guide others where I can. However, I definitively also enjoy working in a team and under instruction. I am very adaptable to different situations and never "too good" for anything.

Whether I am dealing with an internal or external customer, I acknowledge that he/she is always the boss. This golden rule is one that I live by. As a customer-oriented, open-minded, and all round joyful person, I enjoy interacting with people. I particularly enjoy when I can support someone and be involved in helping him or her find the solutions they need.
In my relationships with customers, partners, as well as team members and supervisors, I try to maintain a natural, personal and collaborative atmosphere. I believe that honest, equal face to face interactions always lead to the most favorable outcomes.
I always put my heart and soul into what I do.
I appreciate authentic, honest people with a certain sensitivity the most. I myself am open, positive, goal oriented, and prefer to think out of the box. I have a lighthearted sense of humor and value my relationships dearly. I am emotionally aware and always there when someone needs me.
I enjoy spending my spare time in the outdoors doing a variety of activities like hiking, climbing or horse back riding. The outdoors is where I can find the peace and energy I need for everyday life.
